Dublin, Ireland circa November 1999

The promised land. Yes I only visited Dublin because of the U2 connection. It rained a lot but I saw all the U2 sites I wanted to see (except Hanover Quay Studios, couldn't quite find that). Got on the train to Killarney to check out Bono's beachside house (in a non-stalker sense). He wasn't in Ireland at the time shame. Dublin's a cool city and Temple Bar's a good area to hang out in at night. Prices rivalled London but there you go.
